Terms of Service

fundinn is a Norwegian SEO and AI-visibility platform operated by fundinn AS. These terms govern use of the platform and cover the service scope, account access, pricing and billing, right of withdrawal, liability and subscription cancellation. Governed by Norwegian law, with Oslo District Court as venue.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the services provided by fundinn (“we”, “us”) on fundinn.no. By creating an account or by requesting a free SEO report, you accept these terms. Read them together with our privacy policy, which describes how we handle personal data.

2. The service

fundinn provides automated SEO analysis, scoring and recommendations for websites, plus AI visibility tracking in the Vekst plan. The service is delivered as an ongoing subscription. Plan-specific functionality is documented on the pricing page and may evolve as we add new modules or improve existing ones. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance.

3. Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. A subscription is personal or bound to a single business, and grants access to the dashboard for one or more websites you own or are authorised to analyse. You must not grant third parties access to your account without a written agreement with us.

4. Pricing, payment and billing period

  • Oversikt costs 999 NOK/month. Vekst costs 4 999 NOK/month. Both prices exclude VAT. VAT is calculated and displayed before you confirm purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month via Stripe, charged to the card or payment method you registered at checkout.
  • Price changes are announced at least 30 days before the next renewal and give you the right to cancel before the new price takes effect.
  • For unpaid invoices we may pause dashboard access until outstanding amounts are settled.

5. Right of withdrawal and cancellation

The service is a digital service. The 14-day withdrawal right under Norwegian consumer law applies. We do not currently capture a separate consent in checkout to waive that right, so it remains in effect for the full 14-day period — request a refund via hei@fundinn.no. If we later add such a checkout consent (so delivery can begin immediately with the waiver), we will update this section.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not refund for the period you have already paid for, unless required by mandatory law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Analyse websites you do not own or are not authorised to analyse
  • Use the service to scrape or tamper with data in a way that violates the website owner's robots.txt or terms of service
  • Resell, repackage or expose the service as your own product without a written agreement
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limiting, access control or other security mechanisms
  • Use the service for unlawful activity

Breach of these points entitles us to suspend or terminate your account without refund.

7. Third-party integrations

When you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 or Google Business Profile, you share data from Google with us. Our use of that data is described in our privacy policy (§9 “Google API Data and Limited Use”). You may revoke access at any time directly from your Google account (myaccount.google.com/permissions), or ask us to delete stored tokens by contacting privacy@fundinn.no. We are not responsible for errors or delays on the part of Google or other third-party providers.

8. Performance and availability

We strive for high availability but do not offer a formal SLA at this price tier. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. We reserve the right to brief downtime for updates and to delays when third-party providers (Google, Stripe, Resend, Supabase) experience issues.

9. Ownership and licence

  • fundinn, the code, the dashboard, the scoring model and the recommendation logic are our property or are licensed from our sub-processors.
  • You retain ownership of your website and of data you store with us (e.g. connected Google accounts). We are granted a limited right to process this material in order to deliver the service.
  • Reports and recommendations generated by fundinn may be used freely inside your own business. They may not be republished or sold without written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. Recommendations are automated suggestions and do not constitute SEO consulting services. We are not liable for loss of revenue, lost visibility, incorrect marketing decisions or any other indirect loss resulting from use of the dashboard or its recommendations.

Our aggregate liability to you is in any case limited to the amount you have paid for the subscription over the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be waived under mandatory law (e.g. gross negligence or intent).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance and give you the right to cancel before the new version takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall first be addressed through dialogue. If an amicable solution is not reached, the venue is Oslo District Court. Consumers may also file a complaint with the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet).
